Nice Day Pilates Mat Teacher Training 2026

Nice Day Pilates is so thrilled to announce our next Mat Teacher Training Curriculum. We’ve spent that time listening, studying, testing, and refining. A program grounded in functional movement, creative expression, and longevity for both your body and your career. Teaching pilates today is more than knowing what to teach. It’s about how you teach, how you connect, and how you adapt with integrity, empathy, and skill. We’ve teamed up with chiropractors, physiotherapists, pelvic floor specialists and space holding leaders to create a training that is built for the future of movement.
