Danea Gray

Danea Gray (she/her) has been leading group wellness classes across the GTA since 2016. Although her wellness path started with yoga, she has recently dipped her toes into Pilates- having done contemporary mat Pilates training with Muse Movement and mentorship with Jennifer Winter of Have a Nice Day Pilates. Danea aims to present students with sequences that focus on building foundation, strength, and confidence in the hopes of fostering a deeper connection to the physical and intuitive body.
