Samantha McGrenaghan

Sam (she/her) has been a part of the Toronto yoga community for over 12 years. She challenges students to draw energy from a place of focused clarity while seeking to expand yoga's circle of accessibility to include people of all backgrounds, body types and identities. Her background in sports and training has led her to an active yet playful practice, providing students with a safe place to explore new shapes and transitions with grounded curiosity. It is her honour to share the joy of movement.
