Emma Collinson’s (she/her) journey with Pilates started when she endured an injury. At the time she was a professional dancer on the west coast who was looking for a way to rehab her injury as safely and effectively as possible. She fell in love with the low-impact strength training that Pilates provides and has never looked back. Emma has taught dance and fitness for a combined 10 years and loves to inspire others through movement. She hopes to bring creativity and abundance to her classes while focusing on proper alignment and getting a satisfying workout using STOTT method principles.
