Caitlin Burns

Caitlin (she/her) started practicing Pilates in 2017 after an injury that left her kneecap in an unstable state and sliding in the wrong direction. The road to recovery was long but the greater challenge was finding the space to connect to her body. With time and patience, Caitlin was able to find a more meaningful connection to her body and to her practice. It is that journey and subsequent connection that inspires all of her classes. Her ultimate goal is to create an atmosphere that is as challenging as it affirming and accepting. She believes the expression of movement is unique and would like her classes to serve as a platform from which all people can find their peace in movement.
