In this 30-minute gentle pre natal yoga class with Val, we will focus on stimulating your lower body, lengthening the oblique muscles, and mobilizing our hip joints. Remember to listen to your body, breathe deeply, and avoid any movement or posture that doesn't feel right in this moment in your life. Blocks, pillows and blankets are encouraged.
